I've commissioned a couple logos over the years. In both cases I gave the artist a general concept that they turned into drafts. I eventually made some very specific tweak requests before arriving at a final version. I think it's safe to say that no one would classify those interactions as me making art.
Why would replacing the human artist with a machine change that basic fact? Prompting has been a thing for millenia, why do the prompters now suddenly consider *themselves* the artists?
