I noticed this SO LONG AGO and I’m so glad someone like her is talking about it! It even happens with characters like hermione granger who often has no reason to ask harry what’s going on 🤣 it’s so prevalent that once you see it you can’t unsee it, and it’s very frustrating.

Recently watched “Speak No Evil” and when things start popping off- IYKYK- the husband of the family starts freaking out saying he doesn’t know what to do or how to handle the situation. The wife goes into full on primal protective mode & yells at him to “get it together” for their daughter and family. It was so awesome to see that change of pace in a movie & made it so much more realistic!
