Orang selalu struggle nak cut sugar. I struggle nak cut gluten. Badan tak rasi. Plus banyak makanan sedap + convenience are gluten-based. Sure gluten-free ada tapi tak murah and again, tak convenient.

I try to cut as much as I can; gluten, sugar, dairy, processed food. Lots of real food, nasi berlauk is a good option, lots of proteins, fruits, vege. I did this for my eczema and topical steroid withdrawal. Within 2 months I lost 5kg and feeling better. U can do it!
