Just a recommendation here… whenever you get home after a roll, take a completely cold shower. It will be difficult at first but make sure you target some key areas like your ears, shoulders, and elbows. It will help reduce the cauliflower ear swelling, and keep inflammation in your joints low. Best of luck and keep at it! I’m only a white belt still but looking to get to a blue belt. 😊👊🏽
