I was placed on a performance improvement plan, but the issues causing my poor performance are not primarily due to my actions. Furthermore, my role and capabilities do not allow me to resolve these issues. The HR department has put me on the PIP, requiring me to improve within four months. However, I believe it is impossible for me to make significant improvements in areas I cannot handle. Thus, upon learning about it, I immediately began looking for a new job.
