Globe, they asked for the sim bed as well pero not required naman. They just asked me to present an affidavit of loss and IDs. Got my sim replacement in less than a week. Actually walang bearing yung sim registration, parang wala naman inask na info sakin about it. May form lang na may questions like around when the sim was purchased, what was the last promo I purchased, etc. I think it would be most likely the same sa Smart. Baka hindi lang masiyado maalam yung nagassist sa inyo.
