My doctor created an online scheduler. Yay! That makes making an appointment so much easier. This morning at 8:30 I logged in and there was a 3pm on her calendar. I grabbed it. A message pops up and says look out for a confirmation email. I just got a text "we don't book same day appointments, please find another appointment time." WHY? If she's got the time open, wouldn't she want to fill it? I get holding some open for emergencies. But that's not what the message said. Make it make sense?
