in the meantime find things that are therapy too, like scribbling madly on paper with a red crayon if you’re mad, journaling saying how much you hate everything, or just releasing everything through art, no matter how childish. i’m a big art person idk if you are, but i got tr**ma for sure and i’ve been doing it lately, it’s such a help
