Tomorrow, I have to go to court and face my stalker. I am terrified. I have also been sick the last few days with a low grade fever and a terrible headache. I feel like all of my energy has been depleted. I just want all of this to be over. StalkingAwareness

3 小時內	claire_333_nck	In nursing, we would have the patient who was going into the Operating Room spend 1-2 minutes visualizing a positive beginning middle and end. Had them picture themselves waking up from surgery feeling well and seeing their family. I think it mostly was a distraction technique but it set the tone as positive. Try something like that before you go into the courthouse. Wishing you luck!
