Find it at the local tree farm. Saw it down. Strap it to the top of the Subaru, and creep the couple of miles home on the dirt roads. Measure ceiling (again). Measure tree (again). Saw the trunk down 8 inches. Keep boughs for more decoration. Trim top (4 inches) maintain symmetry. Attach the base and straighten. Bring into house and straighten in base. Perfect!
