IfIWasABillionaire I would buy up golf courses and farmland, build networks of tiny homes on them, and hire ppl to cultivate food forests surrounding them. I'd also open gallery/shops on each parcel where residents can sell art and handcrafted items they make from resources cultivated from their food forests and gardens. Solar/wind/thermal power, bioswales, composting, make it sustainable, teach courses for residents and the community in sustainable trades, stewardship & other skills. My dream.
