I hear so many women talk about reaching this level of confidence in their 40s & 50s. I have yet to find that. I feel like I’m back in adolescence, drowning in insecurities, except now I’m more worried about under eye bags & dark circles than pimples. Maybe it’s the perimenopause, because I once read that it’s essentially reverse puberty. Whatever it is, anytime that midlife confidence wants to kick in would be great.
