sooo, i did a client’s lashes the other day & blocked her- she paid the $15 deposit but supposedly was unaware that she had a remaining $25 to pay for her services. i go “hey love, how are you gonna complete your transaction?” she looks at me, mouth goes straight to the floor and is like “girl, i’m so sorry..i thought i paid the full $40 for the services. i didn’t know i only paid $15.” mind you, it’s listed in my ig bio, my booking site, and policy highlight.
