This literally happened to me this week re breast MRI. Deny & Delay tactics. I was livid. Dr. Office appealed. Still fighting. They also 100% denied my husband's prostate cancer procedure. Claimed it was not a "mainstream" treatment. (It was done at Cleveland Clinic, not a backyard shed!) Science & data show it's extremely effective-the best option for his situation. He's doing great w/NO side effects. And, the physician is world renowned. So?!?!
