What a difference a year makes! I've been overweight my entire adult life and it took me until I was 52 to finally make significant lifestyle changes. I track my calories, go to the gym, view eating out as a treat rather than a way of life, drink socially once every few months instead of every week. You don't realize how many social events involve a meal/drinks until you start down this path! -82 pounds and hoping to hit my goal by March. weightloss
