• High protein breakfast
• Daily nighttime routine
• 20g of protein for every snack
• 40g of protein with every meal
• 1 cup of veggies with lunch and dinner
• Healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, grass fed butter, ghee, tallow
• Lift weights 3-4x per week for 30 mins focusing on compound movements
