It’s not a reason, it’s an excuse. ND here, I too have never done this. If his issues are so severe then he needs monitoring, constantly, and anyone dealing with him needs to be made aware that he may display inappropriate behaviour at times and they need to report it when he does. It absolutely reeks of a another BBC cover up and it’s so Wrong.
