This seems to be popping up in more than one thread. Just to set the record straight. Finnish public school system is tax funded. Income tax is progressive. Meaning, the higher your income is, the higher your income tax percentage is. Even middle class ends up paying high income taxes. Yet the school system is constantly underfunded. And we’re falling behind in surveys.
