Having lived in Sydney for a decade and Melbourne for almost a year, I've never fully understood the rivalry between the two cities, given their unique strengths. Sydney is renowned for its stunning beaches, efficient public transportation, natural beauty, and iconic landmarks, while Melbourne excels in sports, music, nightlife, culture, and food, with a distinctly European atmosphere. Which city do you prefer?

4 小時內	James J jamesjj2837	I’m not big on sports, and nightlife. Sydney’s food and art are on par with Melbs. Melbs wins with music. But Sydney for me. The aging tram network, and no mass transit to the airport made melbs too hard to get around. In Sydney, i’ve gone car free. Maybe when the Melbourne Airport Rail is ready.
