Are designers who freelance a red flag to recruiters hiring for graphic design and art positions? Cause tbe job market for it right now is insane. 4-6 interviews over a 3 month process is crazy, doing “trial periods” and “test projects”, it’s exhausting. Anyone else dealt with this?
