I'm not saying I don't recommend living here, I'm just saying that it's overrated now. Our schools are still lacking heavily, traffic is ridiculous, a certain demographic moved in during the pandemic and everything has skyrocketed now, bike lanes and the ticketing scam is taking over, and because of everything I just mentioned, crime has gotten out of hand. They're tearing down everything and building "high-end, luxury" Apts, condos, and townhouses, on every block... fast too!
