2 小時內	Lainna lainnalane	It’s a tricky question because the 3 northern territories, have undergone devolution and the land transferred to the Inuit indigenous owners of the land. As a “country” there is unceded land here and First Nations governance. While these do not include conventional border crossings, it is inportant to acknowledge that there are other nations besides the US, France, Denmark, and the contested arctic to consider.
