Randomly dancing shirtless and pantsless in public is certainly a valid thing to look at with... a safe distance in between you and the perpetrator. Dancing in public is also out of the norm. Cosplay, anime, and fashion are really all up to you and most of the time is done at home or for conventions. I'm fine with all of that. But I might do a double take at someone dancing in the middle of the ssidewalk for a tiktok and blocking foot traffic.
