Day 22 : Weight loss journey.
Current weight - 66.4kg
A glass of cumin & methiseed water first thing in morning
Breakfast - idli and chutney
Water - 1.5L
Lunch : mata rice, omelette, tomato curry and black eyed beans.
Snacks - almonds
Dinner : chapathi, panner and brocolli
fruits : banana
Workout - 30 mins - 2.39km. When you are running around majority of the day, keeping a tab has not been the best . Days like these is all about keep going 💪🏼
