Hello my Thread friends:
Im feeling under the weather since yesterday but today I force myself to go for a workout. I manage to do 2.5km today with 500m walk 100m run continously. It was scorching hot today & I told my coach i give up. But i manage to do 2.6km recovery walk after my rest. sum up 5km today.. Tomorrow my rest day so i can prepare for saturday event, I CAN DO THIS 💪🏻
Tho i wasnt in my best self today but I manage to workout pun kira okay lah kan? 🤙🏻
