Why should she improve it? She obviously lives over here, and may have been born here, and is not responsible for all people of colour either over here or in other countries - just as you are not responsible for the behaviour of other people in your country. But if everyone took responsibility for their own behaviours and were kind to others, the whole world would be a much better place.
