I’m not sure how? I believe in a balanced approach. For example, of course lean proteins and fiber and whole grains are part of a healthy diet, most people will benefit from a diet filled with them. Science backs that. But I also think cupcakes and pizza can be included in a healthy diet as well. Everyday? No. But a complete elimination is not sustainable for most of us and that’s why I don’t demonize foods like that.
