Hi friends! Is there something you guys recommend for drinking in the morning that’s not coffee but will wake me up? I’m trying to eat healthier and have foods or drinks that are less acidic on my stomach healthylifestyle

Mushroom coffee. Some have caffeine some brands do not. I started drinking it for the health benefits from the mushrooms.

I had to stop drinking coffee because of acid. I switched to Teeccino French Roast which is chicory-based. After a month of healing/detoxing (which turned out to be easier than I expected) I started adding a scant teaspoon of PureShrooms caffeinated mushroom coffee to the Teeccino. That way I get a little energy boost but not enough to upset my stomach.

I take lemon water, then breakfast, then coffee. The acid only bothers me on an empty stomach.
