There are some - very few - that I will watch. They're usually with famous personalities and I do the watching as a ritual. Like when making burgers on a Friday evening once in a full moon. They usually have great production and everything is very high quality, I probably wouldn't watch otherwise. Generally I prefer listening and don't have time on day-to-day basis to watch.

I much prefer to watch a podcast, than to solely listen to a podcast (as I lose interest very quickly). Sounds quality is most important, followed by video quality, then lighting, then background is the least important to me.
