I go by the 80/20 rule, 80% good for the body 20% good for the soul. If you’re craving a little sweet treat, incorporate a serving into your more nutrient dense meals throughout the day and then you won’t feel the need to binge later on This is what has really helped for me 🫶🏽 enjoy that sweet treat!
