If Biden has the sense enough to make decisions to hand out billions of dollars to other countries and illegal immigrants, pardon his son among many others that he knows for a factor all criminals, trying to pass laws so men can be in private spaces with women and little girls, and yet, somehow he is not mentally stable enough to stand trial? How is this possible?
