Try being divorced where you make a good wage, she makes nothing so you pay her half your wage so you don't qualify, and she has no income so she gets a ton, and most your money goes towards bills so you can't eat. Well find free community food.

I absolutely understand your frustration but the fact is that there are people out here where the entire household is unemployed and they get nothing. I hate being the person that's like 'well something is better than nothing', but it is. If you're not thankful, then withdrawal your application and let it be allocated to someone else who would be.

Pulled 3 weeks off 60 bucks because we had an unforeseen expense. 50 bucks should get you 15 lbs of chicken breasts, 5 pounds of rice, multiple bags of frozen veggies, eggs, milk and some bread at aldi if that’s an option. I portioned out and froze everything in separate containers per day. It for sure got old but we didn’t starve. Best of luck to you
