I realized the worst part about working with this new company, is that it takes 1-3 business days to do something I used to be able to do myself in 30 minutes. The worst is trying to fix things, because I literally tell them exactly what the problem is, but they just ignore it and waste everyone’s time trying to figure it out but then are still wrong because they didn’t listen at all.
