Can only speak for myself, I have a DNR. You are doing me no favors giving me CPR. Only making matters worse

And how are they supposed to know that? Put it on a medic alert bracelet.

DNR is appropriate to a healthcare setting but I would think it is impossible to apply to workplace.

I don’t think anyone asked you if you had a dnr. It’s not pertinent to this post. You don’t need to announce it.

Do you have that information on your person such as on an ID bracelet? If not, then you’re not doing yourself any favors if you want your DNR honored.

Do you think the company team will stop to look up your dnr statement that you likely have not filled with your employer? Wear a DNR bracelet. Which BTW will likely be ignored by any paramedic or first responder. They arnt gonna wait. It’s basically worthless unless it’s in the freezer or posted on the refrigerator. If it’s in an independent or assisted living they wont know unless it’s in a designated place in the room, like the freezer.

Do you have it tattooed on your chest? No? Ok, I'll jump up and down on your chest until you come back and say otherwise.
