Truly the best place for Prata! They make and kneed their own dough at home before bringing it here and freshly cooked to order.
It’s both flaky and crisp on the outside, but also retains a nice chewy centre.
It’s a good middle ground for someone like me who doesn’t like it just crispy like a cracker at some places.
