How to lose weight while still enjoying food?
Just eat! That’s it!
Our body does need food to keep ourselves going for the day. Some calories from the food itself will burn into energy while the rest will be stored as fat, and to be used whenever we are active again.
Just need to mind our daily calorie intake based on our body.
We gain weight because we tend to overeat, even when we are not hungry.
Eat before we’re hungry, and stop before we’re full.
It’s also sunnah.
