Recently, I received another comment on Instagram that really got under my skin. Someone claimed that by wearing vintage, "glamorous" 1940s & 1950s outfits every day, I'm somehow making women who wear jeans and leggings feel bad about their choices. Nearly all my 1940s pieces are CC41, rationed during WWII. But I’m not here to make anyone feel less-than. If you don't like how you look, well, CHANGE IT! vintagefashion

My answer was 'F££k off, my generation started the whole denim wearing culture. Find your own style, that, perhaps doesn't involve you with your jeans/pants halfway down your backside showing me your underwear.....'
