a patient last week has mild dementia and was uncomfortable due to conspiration. we came to tell her about what we've done for her and that we're expecting improvement, but due to pain and confusion, the whole time they were complaining of our incompetency, how they found the process absolutely disgusting and called the doctors useless. while it's understandable for a patient in a vulnerable position, patients tend to act rudely to those around them because of their condition. thoughts?
