I could not believe my eyes yesterday, a small lot, ordinary 2-story house with no backyard, conjoined next to similar homes, and terrible street parking in Union City, NJ (a highly contaminated area I might add)… is priced at… $750k!! A million dollars for a piece of crap in Jersey is unbelievable. This coming up from $138k in 1998. You couldn’t pay me to live there.
