Nothing wrong with being viewed as a cornball. You might just be stuck getting viewed by people that aren’t your target audience. But if you stay the course you might eventually find your audience and will be viewed as a champion amongst them. I think the only real issue is letting immature name calling kill your purpose or dreams.
