Saw this recipe post a maybe Facebook? Shared with my daughter who can’t consume gluten. Good idea for someone with coeliac disease etc. One thing I didn’t like (aside from lack of seasoning) was cooking the chicken breast, then sautéing the onions. I’d imagine the chicken breast to have dried out. Best to set them aside once quickly browned, then add them back in to finish off. Love the idea though.

Dude insulted Italian and Asian at once. The only solution to left over rice is fried rice! Of course reheating it and eat with side dishes is acceptable too.

As a Jamaican I’ve never made too much rice. I don’t even think that is an actual sentence.
