I have NEVER been the one to be messy on social media or call out any brand. But at this point, @silhouette.inc has pushed me to the limit. They disable my account from mentioning them on IG, so here we go. I purchased a brand-new Cameo 5 machine in May, and suddenly it broke down. I have tried to reason with them by sending several emails and proof (videos and pics), but to no avail. The machine is completely shut down and has refused to turn on! This is affecting my business!!!
