Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown (XSX) An extremely competent Metroidvania that captures the magic of the series' classic and Sands of Time eras. The sense of progression from those tense first hours to mastery feels perfect, and adding player screenshots in the map is a simple but very smart addition sure to be copied in the future. Flexible combat, smooth platforming, epic bosses, mythic and twisty story. It's sad this sold poorly—Ubisoft Montpellier was clearly a capable studio. GamingThreads
