They aren’t brushing long enough or correctly. Get them some ACT mouthwash to use before brushing that way their teeth will change colors and then they won’t finish brushing until the color is gone. (Dental assistant here)

It could be cross contamination just watch their intake, it could signify gut issues

try tongue scraping and make sure they're flossing properly. My daughter also uses the therabreath mouthwash.

My first born started with adult toothpaste since he was 2. So is my 2nd born. But my 3rd born is still using bubble gum flavored til now, he’s 2yo now. Hahaha.
