First thing first you need a accurate and quick thermometer and one or two water baths (two is better if you want to do push/pull by using different temperature of first developer). Then measure:1. the temperature drop after pouring in the solutions and first inversions; 2. the temperature difference between solutions in bottles and the water in the water baths. Then all the rest is simply following the manual.
