I'm absolutely dumbfounded by the amount of people that thinks the CEO of an insurance company is the end all be all rulemaker of how insurance companies function. It's disturbingly clear how uneducated most Americans are about the difference between healthcare and insurance companies. The CEO does not set the rules for a healthcare company policies are voted on at shareholders meetings by the shareholders. shareholders can vote in and vote out a new CEO at any time during any meeting.
