March 2024 was an interesting and very busy month for me I had come back from Wales with a beautiful 71 year old wedding dress and a request to make 3 bears and 6 penguins plus hanging hearts. Was I scared no I was terrified, to cut into the dress. Of course I was but I managed the commission. I also managed as requested to use the hand made buttons and little bit of lace from the dress too. I literally had a tiny scrap left when I’d finished. #pennypenguin #funkyfriendsfactory #calicobear
