My Stepdad was town Santa several years in a row where they live. My mum was very concerned he not lose his balance in his "ride" due yo heat. [His ride being the back of the local CFA truck; he's in his 90s now and too elderly] we do fake snow because most of us have never seen real snow: it's still a wonderful marvel to us.
