Ifa, woulda, coulda, this is all projection and hatred. Trump ran on cutting taxes on SS. He also ran on streamlining government. That includes waste, fraud and abuse. Yes he will cut all the bureaucracy from those programs. I am very happy somebody has decided to take this on.
