Please check into The Sinclair Method (TSM) and Naltrexone. This is a scientific method, you don't have to do it the hard way. I am 7 months AF and have no desire to drink, I no longer have that ongoing internal dialog about alcohol. I’m also tired, lonely, and sad but, I start every day (okay, almost every day 🤷‍♀️) with a prayer 🙏 of gratitude for another day to make better choices for myself and my health. I also find ways to escape my mood, music 🎶, cuddling with my pup 🐶 and whatever else takes my mind of my problems.
